EBS Model United Nations 2027

About the Conference

EBSMUN is a student-led Model United Nations conference organised by students of EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, a private business and law university in the Rheingau region of Germany. The first edition took place in March 2026 with 60 delegates in seven committees. The second edition runs from 2 to 4 April 2027 on the EBS campus in Oestrich-Winkel, about 45 minutes by train from Frankfurt Airport. It has five committees under the theme "Power, Responsibility and Global Governance", with English as the working language throughout. The conference is open to university and upper secondary students from anywhere, applying alone or as a school or university delegation, and no Model UN experience is needed. Three committees are labelled beginner, UNCTAD intermediate and the IMF expert, giving the event a clear economic and financial focus. The three days include an opening ceremony, a networking session with partners, a diplomatic social evening and a closing ceremony with awards. Delegate applications close on 27 March 2027.
