About the Conference

FIMUN is the high school Model UN conference of Florida International University's Model United Nations Program in Miami. The 2027 conference is its 39th edition and takes place on the Modesto A. Maidique campus. It runs from 12 to 14 March 2027, in person. General Assembly rooms can hold between 30 and 100 delegates, specialised agencies are mid sized and crisis committees seat 15 to 30. The committee list goes well beyond the standard UN bodies, with historical cabinets, a football war, a Camelot court, an Avatar themed committee and a Nintendo board, plus a bilingual committee and a press room.
