Haileybury Model United Nations 2027

About the Conference

Haileybury Model United Nations is a school conference hosted by Haileybury College, an independent boarding school near Hertford, about 20 miles north of London. It is largely run by the school's own sixth form students, with around 250 Haileybury pupils helping as delegates, chairs and organisers. The 2027 edition, the 32nd conference held at Haileybury, runs from 19 to 21 March 2027 on the school campus under the theme A World Divided, A Future United. It welcomes around 800 visitors each March, which makes it one of the largest school conferences in the UK. The weekend ends with a General Assembly session. It is for secondary school students aged 11 to 18, who attend in school delegations of four to seven pupils with a teacher. Schools from overseas are welcome, chairs write research reports for every topic, and the conference fee covers meals and coach transport to partner hotels.
