HUMUNC is the Model United Nations conference run by Hofstra University on its campus in Hempstead, New York. Its committees are chaired by Hofstra students and graduate students, and the 2027 edition is built around the theme Leadership in an Era of Uncertainty. The 2027 conference takes place from 26 to 28 February 2027. Hofstra's page lists six committees, including two crisis rooms, and says independent delegates are not accepted. One of the crisis committees is a fictional Star Wars themed room, described as the first of its kind at the conference.
