About the Conference

ISUMUN is the yearly Model United Nations conference of the International School Utrecht, organised by its students. The school started taking part in Model UN in 2023 and now hosts its own conference. The fourth edition runs on 6 and 7 February 2027 at the International School Utrecht campus on Van Deventerlaan. Its theme is global peace and security, with a focus on sovereignty and resolving conflicts through international cooperation. It is a two-day school conference that welcomes beginners as well as experienced delegates; schools register delegations and individual delegates can also apply. The line-up includes a historical Security Council and a crisis council whose issue is revealed the day before the conference.
