About the Conference
JEIMUN is an annual three day, all English Model UN conference in Tokyo for middle and high school students, set up by the education company Zenmoken. Its aim is a full English language MUN experience for students from Japan and abroad. The 2027 edition runs from 9 to 11 January 2027 at the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center. Earlier editions drew 176 students in 2024 and 193 in 2025. The registration deadline was extended to 16 November 2026. It offers a Beginners Conference and an Advanced Conference, so newcomers and experienced delegates can choose their level. Both debate the 84th session of the UN General Assembly plenary on the theme of reimagining the global framework for sustainable development after 2030.
