Karlsruhe Model United Nations (KAMUN), also called The Black Forest Summit, is a winter Model UN conference organised by students of MUNIKA e.V., the Model United Nations association in Karlsruhe, Germany. The 2026 edition runs from 13 to 15 November 2026 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), under the theme "From the Black Forest to the Global Stage: Navigating Multilateralism, Power and Cooperation". Its nine committees have room for about 180 delegates. KAMUN takes both high school and university students, and each committee carries a beginner, intermediate or expert label so delegates can pick a suitable room. Beginner options include the IAEA, the ILO and the European Parliament, while experienced delegates can take on the Security Council or a historical US Constitutional Convention of 1787. The programme usually includes an opening ceremony with guest speakers, a how to MUN workshop and evening socials.
