About the Conference

Montessori Model United Nations is a youth programme based in New York City that runs conferences for students aged 9 to 15. The programme is organised by Youth for a Better World Inc. The March 2027 New York conference runs from 17 to 20 March 2027, one of two New York sessions that year, with further editions planned in Rome and online. The site gives no attendance number, so the delegate figure is an estimate from its six committees. It is built for younger students, including those at Montessori schools, who are new to Model UN. Each committee publishes a short background text for both of its topics.
