MUN Bilbao 2027

About the Conference

MUN Bilbao is a Model United Nations conference for secondary school students, hosted by Colegio Ayalde in Bilbao. Schools register as delegations through a teacher advisor, and students can also apply to chair a committee or join the press team. The 2027 edition runs from Thursday 28 to Sunday 31 January 2027, from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon, with sessions held at the school. The 2026 edition brought together close to 300 students from schools across Europe, with its opening ceremony at the University of Deusto. The conference is open to high school students aged 14 to 18. Delegates hand in a position paper ahead of the conference and arrive with a draft resolution. Alongside the usual General Assembly committees, the programme includes an International Court of Justice case and a Model Arctic Council.
