About the Conference
MUNROT is the Model United Nations conference of Rotterdam, organised every year by the Economic Faculty association Rotterdam (EFR), the study association of the Erasmus School of Economics, in cooperation with Erasmus School of Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. The 2027 edition takes place from 19 to 21 May 2027 in Rotterdam. Earlier editions were held at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and the 2025 edition, the sixth, brought together around 200 delegates. The application link for 2027 has not been published yet. The conference welcomes delegates of every experience level, from first timers to seasoned MUN participants, and runs several committees of different difficulty plus a press corps. Chairs write research reports for their committees, and lunches and social drinks are part of the programme. Erasmus School of Economics students can earn 1 ECTS through the Career Skills programme by taking part.
