About the Conference

The North American Invitational Model United Nations is a high school Model UN conference organised by the Georgetown International Relations Association. It is run entirely by students, with more than 250 Georgetown University undergraduates on staff. NAIMUN LXIV, the 64th edition, takes place from 11 to 14 February 2027 at the Washington Hilton near Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. It expects more than 3,300 delegates across 42 committees. The conference is for high school students. Its slate is unusually broad, running from General Assembly and Economic and Social Council bodies to historical and contemporary crisis committees, courts, a press corps, a bilingual Spanish and English committee and a linked set of committees on the Onin War.
