Oporto Model United Nations (OPOMUN) is a Model United Nations conference for secondary school students, hosted by CLIP, the Oporto International School in Porto, Portugal. It simulates the work of UN bodies and is built around diplomacy, public speaking and leadership. The next edition takes place in Porto from 24 to 26 February 2027. Around 280 delegates are expected; the 2025 edition opened on the CLIP campus and continued at the Porto Palácio Hotel. OPOMUN draws school delegations from Portugal and other countries; the 2025 edition brought together nearly 400 students from 18 schools in six countries. Recent editions have included the Security Council, ECOSOC, WHO, the Human Rights Council, DISEC and UNODC, with debates on humanitarian access, climate, public health, drones and organised crime. The 2027 committee list had not been published on the conference site when this listing was checked.
