About the Conference
SAIMUN is the Model United Nations conference of St. Andrew's College in Dublin. It was first held at the college in 1988, is affiliated with THIMUN, and describes itself as the largest MUN conference in Ireland. The 2027 edition runs from 12 to 15 February 2027 at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dublin, its venue every year since 2008. The conference reports around 700 students from 35 schools in 20 countries, from Europe and North America. Registration for 2027 is open through its own portal. It is built for school delegations, and its site also hosts a delegate publication, pages for submitting resolutions and amendments, and a media centre. The 2027 committees and issues have not been published yet.
