About the Conference

Struer Model United Nations is a conference hosted by Struer Gymnasium, a Danish upper secondary school in the town of Struer in western Jutland. Students of the school run it as a first step into international relations. The 11th edition takes place from 28 to 30 October 2026 in the assembly hall and committee rooms of Struer Gymnasium. It has seven committees and draws delegates from across Europe, with about 200 participants expected. Foreign delegates can apply for accommodation at the school. It is open to individual delegates, full delegations and observing schools. Each committee carries its own difficulty label, from beginner General Assembly committees to expert Security Council sessions, and alongside debate there are press and media teams who produce a newspaper and interviews.
