About the Conference
Wesley College Dublin Model United Nations (WCDMUN) is a student-led secondary school conference at Wesley College in Ballinteer, Dublin. Model UN began at the school in 1997, and the first WCDMUN was held in 2008 with about 80 delegates. WCDMUN 2027 takes place on 26 and 27 February 2027. In recent years it has grown to more than 500 participants from across Ireland, Europe and North America. It welcomes students aged 12 to 19, including complete newcomers, and was the first Irish conference to offer a Junior Delegate award. Debate loosely follows THIMUN procedure and is held in English.
