About the Conference

🏛️ The War Room: The Shattered Hearth The conference takes place in a room meticulously designed to look like the high-stakes, battle-torn intersection of Mount Olympus and a modern tactical command center. 1. The Visual Layout • The Broken Circle: At the center of the room sits a massive, circular layout of tables. At the head of the room are the towering, formal seats of the Major Olympians and Titans—but they are visibly cracked, draped in tactical camo nets and glowing blue LED strips to symbolize their broken power. • The Front Lines: The rest of the circle is occupied by the Camp Half-Blood Demigods and Allies. Their tables are covered in unfolded blueprints of Manhattan, plastic army men, tactical radios, and orange camp banners. • The Dead Center: In the exact center of the room sits a physical replica of The Hearth (the sacred fire of Hestia). It glows with a low, dim amber light, serving as a visual clock—if the room dissolves into screaming and chaos, the light dims, signaling that Olympus is failing. 2. The Atmosphere and Energy • Chaos vs. Order: The room feels alive and frantic. Because middle schoolers, high schoolers, and university students are trapped in the same space, the dynamic is electric. You have the booming, arrogant speeches of the Gods and Titans clashing directly with the sharp, ground-level arguments of the Demigods. • The Soundscape: The air is filled with the rhythmic pounding of gavels from your Committee Chairs at the front dais, the s

Do they use ancient magic to put the entire human population of NYC to sleep to keep the battle hidden, or do they completely drop the Mist, reveal the mythological world to humanity, and enlist human military armies to fight alongside them? • The Conflict: The Gods want to preserve their secrets and keep the Mist intact, while the Demigods on the ground argue that fighting blind is costing lives.

Will the major Olympian gods agree to share their power, give up absolute control, and build cabins and thrones for every minor bloodline to secure their loyalty? • The Conflict: The Titans will attempt to offer better bribes and backroom deals to fracture the council, while major gods like Zeus must struggle to swallow their divine pride to share power.

If the Titans win, how will they rebuild the world without completely wiping out humanity? • The Conflict: This is pure political intrigue. Delegates will debate whether a neutral third coalition—led entirely by the Demigods and Satyrs (like Grover Underwood)—should strip the thrones from both the Gods and Titans and take control of Mount Olympus.
