About the Conference
Diplomacy rarely begins in the conference hall. It begins the moment someone chooses to sit across from a stranger and listen before they speak. That choice, repeated enough times, in enough rooms, is how the world actually moves forward. The Leading University Model United Nations Association (LUMUNA) proudly announces ššššš¢š§š šš§š¢šÆšš«š¬š¢šš² šš§ššš«š§ššš¢šØš§šš„ ššØššš„ šš§š¢ššš šššš¢šØš§š¬ šššš, returning to Sylhet for four days of debate, negotiation and discovery. From the rolling tea gardens that ring the city to the misty hills and winding rivers of the northeast, Sylhet has never been just a venue for us. It is a city where the pace of nature slows you down enough to actually think, where greenery gives quiet room to loud ideas, and where every delegate who has walked through our doors has left carrying a little of it with them.
