About the Role

SISMUN’27 is where ideas collide, perspectives shift, and decisions take shape — and it all begins with the Chairing Panel. One of the most important roles at the conference, chairs shape every committee’s experience. As a chair, you will guide debate, maintain committee flow, encourage participation, and create an engaging environment where every delegate can thrive. We’re looking for individuals with confidence, leadership, and adaptability who can make their committee memorable.
